Using this website

This website shows the logo spots available on the tri suit I race and train in, with their sizes and prices. Its content, photos and the 3D model belong to me. You may share links to it and use a mockup you create of your own logo for your internal planning, but you may not copy or reuse the photos, texts or the 3D model otherwise without my permission.

I keep the information here as accurate as I can, but prices and availability can change, and the 3D view is an illustration: the real print may differ slightly in colour and position.

Logo spots: how a deal is made

• The rate card is an invitation to talk, not a binding offer. A spot is booked only once I confirm it to you in writing (Instagram message or email) and we agree on the details.
• Each spot goes to one brand. Once it is taken, it shows as sold on this page.
• Prices are in euros, as shown on the rate card at the time we agree. Payment details and an invoice follow once the spot is agreed.
• You pay for the visibility of your logo while I race: on the suit through the swim, the bike and the run, and in photos taken of me on the course. A DNF doesn’t change the deal. If a race is cancelled, we agree together which race your logo goes to instead.
• The races, the period your logo stays on the suit, and any extra posts or mentions are agreed individually for each sponsorship.
• You confirm that you have the right to use the logo you send me and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. I may decline logos that are unlawful, offensive or that conflict with the rules of a race.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Beyond that, I’m not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of this website.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Consumers keep any protection given to them by the law of their country.
